We accept requests to return or exchange qualifying new mooncat items, including defective items and non-defective items.
Request window and condition
Contact us within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused and in original condition. Tell us if goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from their description; the affected item need not be unused to raise that concern. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
Approval and mailing
Email imiqafolen74@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and reason. Please provide photographs or video for a product problem. Wait for approval and our return directions before mailing anything; the published mailing address may not be the return destination.
Label, fees, exchanges and refunds
A free prepaid return label is included inside the original package for an approved mailed return. If it is missing, ask us for assistance. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and stock availability. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need more time to post the credit.
