Submitting an order requests a purchase. Acceptance depends on available stock, accurate details, payment authorization, security checks and deliverability. Colors can look different under different lighting and on different screens.
Delivery and after-sales terms
The Shipping Policy gives our 1–2 business day processing and estimated 4–6 business day shipping transit. We accept return requests for defective and qualifying non-defective new products and accept exchange requests within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective returns must be new, unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label enclosed in the package; no restocking fee applies. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, with later bank posting possible. Read the Refund Policy for full instructions.
