This page explains the timing and delivery support for purchases placed with our mooncat store.
Preparing and transporting orders
After payment is authorized, order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Shipping transit then typically takes 4–6 business days. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
At checkout and after dispatch
The checkout presents available delivery services, destinations and charges. Please supply a complete address. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we share it when available.
Delivery concerns
If an order is late, marked delivered but missing, or reaches you damaged, email imiqafolen74@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and tracking details. Include photos for a damaged parcel so we can review the issue.
